It is very important you have access to your web tenant portal because in there you will be able to:
Look at your lease
Pay your rent
Make service request
See your renewal request
See important messages
If you made your electronic application, the email and password you use for it will be the access to your tenant web portal. If you applied in person, your property is recently come part of Rent Now RGV community, or don’t know how to access your portal, please write to email@example.com or call 956-627-5506

Service calls are done Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Considered Emergencies: A/C problems, Water Heater issues, refrigerator malfunctions will be scheduled as a PRIORITY. Minor electrical, plumbing, pest control will be scheduled by appointment during the week.
As per your contract all service calls must be submitted in writing.
Pay your rent
Per the lease agreement, you must pay your rent on or before the 1st day of each month (due date). Late fees apply on the 3rd day of the month.
The payments must be made through the web tenant portal or through pay lease cash pay, ask for your account ID.
If you have trouble making a payment or want to review some charges, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to have you as a tenant!
When your lease is next to expire, we will send you a renewal request to your email. We will list there your options and steps to complete your renewal.
If you are going to move out at the end of your lease, remember you need to send a written 30 days’ notice to the email email@example.com
